A very long term friend from Doggie Doo Run Run as well as a near neighbor to me told me today that the Walmart CR466 Subway no longer offers seafood subs. I never heard of this sandwich but he did comment that some of the Villages' area subways do still offer this.

Does anyone know which Subways in the Villages offer this sandwich? Has anyone had one of these?

Does it have lobster or something like that???

I am more of a chicken or meat ball fanatic myself in the way of Subway sandwiches but I still have lobster on the mind.

I have been to maybe four or five of the Villages' area Subways but there seems to be several more according to my Doggie Doo Run Run friend of mine.

I'm pretty sure that was discontinued quite some time ago. It was the Seafood Supreme, I think, with mostly imitation crab, but it was very good.

I think maybe they only have it in the summer, I know some Subways in New England do that. We go to all Subways in and around of The Villages, none have that sub now.

I've never seen that sandwich and I've been to just about all the Subway's in and around The Villages (my handicapped ex-husband is a fanatic about those sandwiches.) He loves the tuna salad with everything on it.

He said that the Colony one supposedly has it??? And the one at CR466 at the Super Wal-Mart used to have it.

It is not on the menu though as far as I know ever here in the Villages.

I just looked at an Alexandria VA Subway store and they do have the Subway Seafood Sensation.

Maybe if enough people ask for it at the Villages' area Subway stores we can get it here!! Or, at more stores than it could possibly be at here now according to my Doggie Doo Run Run friend. He seems to get Subway about once a week.

The Colony Plaza Subway does have the Subway Seafood Sensation. I looked at the online ordering feature for that Subway and it is listed at Colony. Sub Sandwiches - Breakfast, Sandwiches, Salads & More | SUBWAY

Thanks. I visited Burke, VA for a week or so in May of 2015. We toured Alexandria quite a bit as my older brother and his wife moved to Alexandria to a small place by the river a few months after that.

As a Subway franchisee, I can tell you that the Seafood Sensation is a local store option. It is not a required product. I offered it in my Michigan stores for many years until sales declined to the point where we were discarding more than we sold. It's a good sandwich but people became more conscious about cutting calories and perceived the sub as having too many since the binder was mayo, even though we used light mayo. If you can find it locally and like it, send a call to the Subway 800 number printed on the napkins and let the local store owner know you want them to keep it.

Also, take a taste of the new Carved Turkey sandwich rolling out this coming Monday.
