My first choice would be Hacienda CC, 1200 Morse Blvd. 352-753-0100.

If you're visiting from 'up north' you're likely going to be disappointed with almost any 'brunch' in TV.
Hacienda & Katies are ok but personally I'd go to Athens Restaurant in Spanish Springs for a really good breakfast. The 'all you can eat' pancakes at IHOP are probably as good as most of the brunches around here.

Hacienda CC is by far the best and most extensive Sunday brunch we've had in TV. Some might consider it expensive, but in addition to the traditional omelette station, they offer a pancake station where you can order pancakes made to order ( blueberry and banana are outstanding ), carving stations that usually offer, Beef, Ham and, I believe, Turkey. It does get crowded, especially during the winter months.

I hear that Bonefish has a really good brunch. I've not gone but have had several friends tell me it is really good.
