There's TooJay's, where you can get a complete breakfast (bacon, eggs, pancakes, etc.) and its very good.

There is also Panera's, they have bagel type breakfast combos and they are also very good. It depends upon what your looking for.

Too Jays has terrible coffee. Panera bagels are just bread. Best diner venture, out to Rae Rae's in fruitland park... Worth the drive
Best bagel is Brooklyn Brothers in Kohl's shopping plaza.
Just my thoughts.

First thing is that there are a few restaurants that have Email clubs. So if you have a fav and they have a club, join it.

Evans on 466 - email club offers buy one get one free offers. Depends upon coupon, but we eat the breakfast, but there is coupons for dinners. When coupons come out, place gets busy so beware.

My Fav Fav one is First Watch on 441 in plaza across the street from Cracker Barrel. They also have e-club. Fresh and good food. I also have ordered lunch at 9am since I get sick of eggs. Love the Chicken melt and the Turkey Rueben. For breakfast they have platter sized pancakes (one enough for me) and the Floridian French toast.
Yummy!

We also like Cracker Barrel. I like the, oh forgot what it is called, but the egg cooked in the middle of the French toast.

Only two of the posts, both indicating Toojays, answered your question of Breakfast places near Lake Sumter Landing. I concur that Toojays is the only decent place in that locality.

A lot of people don't realize it, but Johnny Rockets in LSL also serves breakfast. It's ok, but I have become a fan of Rae Rae's. as others have said, it's worth the drive.

Athens isn't really near Lake Sumter. I agree that TooJays has an eggcellent breakfast. Best eggs benedict in The Villages.
