Default Vegetarian Options

We have family coming down next month and one of them is vegetarian. Are there any restaurants in TV with good vegetarian meals. Thanks

Check out the vegetarian selections on the menu at Thai Rubi at Lake Sumter or perhaps you might find something on the Villages Gourmet Club Restaurant Review site:

I hope this helps if you don’t hear of anything first hand.

That's right. You can check The Villages Gourmet Club huge website and search for vegetarian restaurants by using their SEARCH PAGE. See Section 2 and limit the distance you want to drive in Section 3a. They've done all the work for you.

We took visiting grandson to Sweet Tomatoes, (had never been there). I didn't like it.

Took him to Cane Garden and asked him if he wanted the rest of my Caesar Salad with Chicken. He did. He ate it, chicken and all. Next day he got results of blood test that showed he was low in certain nutrients that are in meat. Yes I pitched non vegetarian.

I know you can't do that to guests. Good luck! I can think of a lot of wonderful vegetables I enjoy, but to be fair, most of them have butter. I have been craving parsnips. YUM.

As a vegan we go to Bamboo Bistro the most, city fire only flat breads, Macalisters, Japanese steak house ( I know strange but they have many veggie options) Evan Prairie flat breads, Marguelis Mexican in wild wood by true value, Sukura, most places will take custom orders. there are others as well

Good information, thanks. We too have a niece and nephew who are vegetarian. One of them eats meat once every month or so to keep him from a reaction to something that might have meat in it. I don't think the other one does.

I would never entice a vegetarian to eat meat. Their life; their choice.

Most Mexican restaurants have many choices like bean burritos, tacos, Chile’s. Also most Italian restaurants have vegetable lasagnes, cheese pizzas, raviolis, eggplant dishes. Bravo has good Eggplant Parmigiana. My D-I-L is vergetatian and eats cheese and egg (Ovo-Lacto). If pure Vegan there are fewer choices. More choices in Japanese and Chinese with tofu.
