By invitation only opening tonight and tomorrow evening. They will be open to the public Wednesday thru Saturday from 4-9 pm with a limited menu. Entrees include salmon, rib-eye steak, chicken Florentine, pork chop and at least two other items. They also have a selection of about eight sandwiches, three pastas, three pizzas along with salads, soup appetizers and desserts. Prices looked comparable to the other country club restaurants. Rib-eye was $20 and pork chop was $19. I had the pork chop which was moist and good. A draft beer was $2. Lighting was comfortably brighter than with Hemingway's.

Starting Sunday they will be open for lunch and dinner with a full menu.

We will definitely return to try the full menu.
