I think I saw a sign in front of the construction that Morgan Stanley is moving there. Looks like they are working really fast on it.

Default A complete Wasteful Use of this space
Hope the bailout funds were not used to built this, but wish the Village Management would have made better use of this space, so many more things are needed.
