On Fridays and Saturdays, it hard to beat Katie Bells' $4.99 breakfast buffet. The Veranda in LSL has a good breakfast also but no buffet. Stay away from Havana.

Default Breakfast

TooJays is pretty good, but I like the Fruitland Park Cafe on 27/441 south of 466a. Every item is $1.00 (2eggs, toast, homefries and bacon is $4.00. Coffee is self serve $.50). What neighborhood are you moving into. I am moving in on Markridge Loop in Pennecamp on September 10th. If you want to try out the cafe after that PM me.

If you want to stay in TV area I would recommend TooJays or Katie Belles (in that order). Bob Evans, IHOP and Perkins are also good choices but I prefer TooJays. Good breakfast for the price.

You're asking about my favorite meal, breakfast. The Veranda as mentioned is nice, but has neither hash browns or home fries. Never heard of a restaurant serving breakfast that you couldn't get potatoes. Katie Bells is one of our favorites but only has breakfast now Fridays thru Sunday. Bob Evans is good and there is a little place that I can't remember the name in the shopping center with Publix on 466 that sets out in the parking lot near Ace Hardware. Too Jays is also good, but very busy.

I think you are talking about Sonrise or Ihop.

I agree - home fries are a must. If you like home fries try Billy's Cafe on 441. It is on the south side of 441 a little north of Buenos Aires. They have some great home fries!!! Not fried or what ever they do to home fries around here but real potatoes (like TooJays). The grits are good also.

No, that's not it. It has a funny or catchy name. It sets out in the parking lot, has only about a dozen tables, the staff is very nice and the food is good. If someone doesn't come up with a name I'll have to drive by and let you know.

Zcaveman saved me a trip to do a drive by. "Sonrise" is the name of the mystery restaurant. I thought the name unusual because it is spelled the way it is.

My vote is for Billy's - But I don't think it is cart accessible.

No it is SonRise and I believe it is spelled that way because of the Christian beliefs of the owners and staff.

Surprised no one has mentioned Denny's or the big Sunday breakfast buffet at Tierra Del Sol.
