This is their website with the menu.......

Are you doing market research to open your own franchise ?

Unfortunately, I find that high sodium levels is found in most of the offerings of all the chain restaurants. It is very difficult to eat out often if you are trying to limit your limit your sodium intake to 1500 mg per day.

Between supersizing meals and tons of salt restaurants are doing a good job trying to fatten us up and killing us.

Super sizing of a meal is not a problem. We bring half home and have another meal. The sodium content is a problem, however but it does save me from having to pick up the salt shaker so there is that. I agree it is healthier to eat at home but we enjoy eating out about once a week. Keeps me happy anyway.

Would love to have Cheddars in TV. They have a fantastic monte Cristo sandwich.

Glad it works for you but bet most of us will consume more at a restaurant than a meal at home.

Cheddars Scratch Kitchen prepares their food with fresh ingredients......never frozen. That doesn't sound "yuck" to me but what do I know?
