Lived in Florida entire life. In S. Florida winter(snowbird season) is Thanksgiving to Easter. In TV appears that the season is January - end of May. THis is based upon the golf rates.

Gone 4 months last summer and did nothing. Car battery was dead but we were able to jump start it(2020 Acura MDX). 2020 Yamaha started without a problem. Both ran great and no issues afterwards

Tell that to the people who live in the rural communities. Fed Ex and UPS do not go there. In fact the USPS contracts with them to deliver parcels to these areas
