Your so right.. we have taken a big cut in pay....PLUS we have the same expenses.... and we must keep our classes up to date.... and all the dues and fees we pay... PLUS we pay our own taxes........

Your right... we found the same thing.... we looked at FSBO and they did not have anything or as much to offer as the ones listed by Realtors...the Villages and ourside Realtors know what they are...

In looking at homes in the Villages... we notice some homes have a new roof and they don't seem that old.... how long does a roof last? Don't they come with a 25 yr. warranty? How about Heat/A/C...

Our cats are 14 and 6.... no claws.... but in good health.... we think the only thing will get to do is the lanai.... we would be sick if we lost one over the wall.... they are very active cats in...
