I also used Optimotion ((Dr Martinez) for both of my knees (one in 2023, the other in 2024), I was golfing in 6 weeks after both surgeries.

I reset the xfinity box, and the 2 tv's with roku...

I reset the xfinity box, and the 2 tv's with roku stick came back up. So now I am able to stream xfinity on those 2 tv's with no digital box like my other 2 tv's. Thank you for the help.

Be sure to have at least a 2 car garage, and a deep golf cart so you can park both carts in there behind each other.

We had a standard room on Viking Amsterdam to Budapest cruise. Not a issue.
We spent very little time in the room. The open decks are where you want to be when cruising.

House

Bought a great house 12 years ago in a great neighborhood. Got lucky 2 years and bought a house on the golf course with a pond in back and a pool. And we were able to stay in the same neighborhood.
