My concern about prices - you have the 5/$25 specials on ground beef. I thought hey - great deal! I went in and bought 5 of them, none of them were a full pound, they were all between .92 and .97. And then I noticed - they're all only 75% lean. That means you lose 25% of the meat when the fat burns off.

Yes it makes excellent meatloaf and meatballs because you need that fat. But at more than $5 per pound, that's a LOT of money, and ends up being more expensive than at the supermarket.

We sell two types - ground beef which is the 75/25 and ground chuck which is 81/19. If you want the less fat you can purchase the ground chuck. Our ground beef and ground chuck is made daily from fresh certified angus prime beef and we dont dye the beef either so you cant compare our product to the supermarkets. Our prices many customers have told us are comparable or cheaper than the big box stores for better quality.
