Default Gateway error

For the past week or so, TOTV has occasionally taken quite some time to load up on my computer. I have occasionally gotten a message screen: "Hosting Server Connect Timeout. HTTP 502 - Unable to Connect To The Origin Server." The graphic shows my connection to the secure firewall is good, but from the firewall to the hosting server is not.

For what it is worth, I'm running latest MacOS (Tahoe 26.0) and Safari Version 26.0 (21622.1.22.11.14).

Hope this helps.

Yeah same thing is happening with me. gstatic is trying to load up new advertisements, I think. But because ToTV uses a lot of javascript, it takes a minute and will occasionally time out.

If you use an adblocker, that will happen more often because it doesn't just have to go through gstatic, it also has to filter through your adblocker.

The problem is on their end, i did contact them directly and they stated that it should be OK now.

It happened again, and then it went through, but it's still lagging. I'm pretty sure the lag is all the advertisements that load through to the website, that my adblocker prevents me from seeing.

Try clearing your browser cache (all time). This seemed to solve the problem for me.

I clear it every week. The lag problem with ToTV is continuous, and has been a problem for years. The current problem is recent and clearing the cache didn't fix it.

Do you have any issues with Facebook or Google searches? You probably don’t and these 2 sites have more ads than the TOTV site.

As noted by OP and others same for me. I experienced the issue determined it was all on the TOTV end. At the moment it looks to be resolved.

If the problem is on the TOTV end, how can you solve it by doing something to your computer?

Because it may also be a local problem. There is no rule in the universe that there can't simultaneously be more than one issue. Fixing one issue may help part of the lag. YMMV

Is there anyone not using an ad blocker? If so, why?

I haven't seen an ad on Google in years.

I do get the gateway error as well.

Also, my headings are a mess.

The green band across the top is now taking two lines and covering up the command buttons.

I have the exact same problem. Are you using an IPad?
