Default Car Service to Port Everglades

Looking for recommendations for a private car service to to Port Everglades. A company you know is dependable and safe. We understand it is pricey. Planning a 2 week cruise with all the luggage that entails. Not willing to hop a bus and driving is not an option. TIA

Try Blue Line Services. Joe Byers. (352) 391-2894. Pricey but dependable and professional.

You can take groome to Orlando airport and then get brightline to port Everglades. Short cab ride from there to the port.

It will be a hassle for sure and costly. Take Groome to Brightline, then take Brightline to Fort Lauderdale. I think you take uber from the train station to the port. Good luck! Better off cruising from Port Canaveral.

You might consider yankee trails in the months it offers this service.

Whatever you decide, you should go the day before and get a hotel for the night, just in case.

How many hours from home to port? How much did it cost?

If you find one, please share the info with the rest of us! We canceled a Holland America cruise from Port Everglades when we found out that no one will go beyond Orlando anymore, since the inception of Brightline. So, hubby and I only go out of Port Canaveral.

We use Village VIP Transportation to go to Port Canaveral. They will also take you to the Brightline station, or the Orlando airport.

We check luggage on Brightline, which will add to the cost, but it’s a wonderful way to go. You can go the same day, but you’ll have to take a pretty early train.

Mytransportationtv.com is very reliable and owned by Villagers. We have them drop us off at the Brightline station, and pick us up when we return. Brightline is the easiest way to get to Port Everglades or Port of Miami.

We are cruising out of Port Everglades on Monday and have Village Airport Transport (954) 899-3700 taking us there. We have used their service a number of times to get to/from Orlando Airport and they have been very reliable. This is the first time we're having them do a long distance run. I can post our experience after we return on the 8th.
