Hawkes Bay, Oakleigh, Southern Star, Yankee Clipper, and Tarpon Boil.

All full renovations..

Wrong time of year isn't it to do a teardown of a course with high season coming, right?

I don't have any clue when they're projected to start, but they have 180 days to complete. Seems the winter is not the time to be planting Bermuda grass ... or for taking courses out of play. The Championship major renovations, typically begin in April/May for completion by October/November.
