Thank you. This map is amazing! I checked out several counties with which I am familiar in multiple states. The info was spot on!

I’m not buying it. The county our northern home is in is ranked #437, while our Villages home county is ranked #1,032. Those rankings can’t explain that whenever I’m in the Villages I don’t want to leave and whenever I’m up north I just want to go back to the Villages?

The map breaks down quality of life into about 100 distinct categories.

However, you can go in and change the weight attributed to these categories based on your lifestyle or demographic profile (such as a remote worker, family, retiree, or young professional).

If you adjust the weight of the categories based on your lifestyle, you will probably get a more realistic map based on what you think is important.

Nonsense. It thinks Washington DC has a better quality of life than Sumter County? Seriously?
Rankings like this depend entirely on what the authors choose to count and not count, what they define as a "positive" or a "negative, and how they weight various stats.

It appears that the counties that people are moving FROM have higher ratings then where they are moving TO.

The producer of this map, Analisa (actually Analisa.IO) is an AI numbers-cruncher: more precisely a social analytics media platform. It collects data which as far as I could ascertain is disseminated in one of two ways: free (as in the map) or per paid subscription. Major customers are TikTok, Instagram and (more generally) "influencers". User satisfaction is varied; overall it ranks about middle-of-the-road, about 2.5 out of 5, cost and accuracy.

Subjectively, one might conclude that the problems with Analisa.IO are similar to those with most AI-based platforms, at least at this stage of development. Numbers based on arbitrary criteria with a significant push towards customer satisfaction.
