Default US icebreaker to rescue 2 ships in Antarctica

I am continually reading about how China is taking over the world and buying up America, etc. etc., and it is certainly trying to ................ so this morning when I saw this article on how there are two icebreakers stuck in the ice and they have requested America's help to rescue their crews, I could not help but give a big old cheer for the U.S. of A.

I know we do a lot of things wrong, but we are still a great country.

Default CG Icebreaker

Go USCG Icebreaker. In 1972 I was on a Coast Guard Ice Breaker, USCGC Burton Island (WAGB 283), that was in Antarctica and saved some scientists stuck on Mount Erebus in Antarctica.

There was a guy on the radio today who said he was on a Coast Guard Ice Breaker too. He said he was at the north pole and the south pole so he calls himself "bipolar".
