Default Club Car Precedent

I bought a reconditioned 2012 Club Car Precedent about 18 months ago. Had several problems that took about 6 months to finally get right but the Dealer stood by his product and fixed all issues. When it was finally made right I was told that the problem was the maintenance person did not know this model and that was why it took so long (and they no longer used this guy). The new service person who got it right had just been hired and was factory trained. All well and good.
OK, so I called for a tuneup today because it is running sluggish and was given the name of the original guy!! No way, but once burned...etc.
Don't know if I have been sold a bill of goods through all this but I need to find someone I can trust to work on my cart. Has anyone encountered similar issues with the Precedent and can you recommend a reliable service person?

If you are not dealing with Grandpa an Grandma's villages buggies - try giving them a call - Scott has always been tops on repair/service with our club car cart...of course he sold it to us, too!
