Hoping to be a Villager in 2015; we were wondering what the average homeowner's insurance would be for a $300,000 home with a pool?
Any information would be greatly appreciated! |

There are so many variables, probably best to call an agent. Try Kerriann at AAA (352) 753-2500 ext. 2257 We have been very happy with her service and price.

Not sure of the number. He seems like a straight shooter and worked well for us for Home, Auto and Cart coverage. ![]() |

I am a licensed insurance agent. Because you have a pool be sure to purchase an umbrella liability policy in addition to your homeowners. It will provide additional liability coverage to protect you against incidences where you can be sued should someone get injured in your pool. Your homeowner premium should not be substantially more whether you own a pool or not. Your liability risk is increased because of the pool but that's about it. Good Luck....I also use AAA

The same - no pool about $900 - but you carry more risk with a pool so it will be more

Make sure that you can get sink hole coverage on your policy, not all insurance companies that sell homeowners insurance offer sink hole coverage.
