Question The Villages Parks

The last time I read The Villages Recreation News I noticed a rather extensive listing of parks.

One in particular sounds interesting to me. It's called Lake Miona Fitness Trail. It features a 9-station outdoor fitness course.

Has anyone tried it? Did you like it? Is it well maintained?

Could you give me directions on how to get there?

And would I be able to bring a non-Villager friend who doesn't have a pass?

Thanks.

It's by the Lake Miona Rec center and is really just a short loop where you can do some pushups and stretching and stuff. I have rarely seen anyone using it. I you've every golfed Pelican, you can see it when you are on the tee for the par 4.

Have golfed Pelican and have never seen anyone at that park. Don't think it is what most fitness folks are probably looking for.
