Just wondering if anyone knows if any more Patio Villas will be built south of 466A, i had relatives visiting a few weeks ago, and the amount of new patio villas
available is about zero. Seems like only bigger homes, and courtyard villas being built.

I was told by a Villages agent last week that only courtyard villas will be built in the future.

According to what I see on The Villages listings this is correct. There is one new patio villa for sale at $185,000, and has been listed for over 2 months. There are 45 new courtyard villas and 271 designers.

Looks like we bought our patio villa in the nick of time.
