Yes it is open. We ate there Friday night and everyone loved their food -- great place.

Just posting this to let people know that I called Riccardi's at noon to ask some questions before placing an order through The Village Delivery. During the questioning I was informed that they don't take pickup orders over the phone! I hope that changes once their settled in!
