Default Have you had hylauronic acid injections of the knee for osteoarthritis?

I am unable to take any oral anti inflammatory drugs. As a result I have had an occasional steroid type injection to relieve pain (reduce inflamation).

It has been suggested to consider hyaluronic acid (WD-40 for the knee joint), which invloves a series of injections over a period of time.

Has anybody had this? Was it effective? If yes for how long?

Any experiences, opinions or advice are welcome.
