Harbor Hills - current condition?

Has anyone played Harbor Hills recently? There were some reviews from last October or so that said it had gone downhill. I'm wondering if it has improved at all? Their advertisements in the Sun seem to acknowledge that they may have slipped awhile back but now imply that they have improved.

played last wednesday,Feb.5th,was in good shape,better than it has been in a long time. It's worth the money.

I played there Friday the 7th of Feb. Won't go back. Terrible shape

I played there last Thursday Feb. 6, 2014. The fairways were good the greens were great.
