Anyone know about the new subdivision coming to Wildwood ? heard it is to be behind St James area for all ages???

Only heard rumors of a new family section w/o 301 down the road by Sherwin Williams. Large piece of land cleared and looks like infrastructure work is starting. The only other project is the commercial, residential and recreation that will be on 466 w/o Buenna Vista Blvd.

The only one I know of right now for sure, is the the so called family unit in Oxford. That will be a unit built by The Villages. That is west of 301 about 1/4 mile south of 466. Behind the Oxford Land Company. That is in process of mass grading right now.
There are talks of more place not by The Villages. But have been in planning for about 2 years or so.

I have read every post by this guy and he is always on the money. He knows of what he speaks.
