I would be very angry if I had bought, thinking that there would have been 2 or 3 near Sarasota/right off Morse. I was thinking of buying again in Charlotte, but not now.

I am surprised they have sold so many properties in that area with no exec courses even started.

If you look at the latest $5 Villages Map it shows the three courses mentioned above plus the Championship course; Belle Glade. That is it.
There is no land not designated for houses. That's for sure based on the map.
