Its been a while but today's Daily Sun has discounted new homes in The Villages. The ad implies that the homes are discounted to complete various neighborhoods south of 466A.

The Properties of The Villages use to do this on a regular basis. It's good to see the practice has returned and is a welcome incentive for those contemplating buying a new home in TV.
