I like the thigh meat and a slice or two of breast meat for dinner. I like to gnaw on the legs the next day. I like a nice turkey breast/thigh sandwich on fresh white bread with yellow mustard and lettuce on Friday, Saturday, and Monday.

After that all leftovers volunteer for soup duty.

I do BBQ turkey legs during the summer and an occasional turkey breast on the grill.

Sandwich in 30 minutes - got to go!!

Enjoying day after in Indiana,, 30F and 4 inches of snow..
