I'm relatively new in TV, and my first kitchen flood light just burned out. What recommendations do you have regarding the type of bulb to replace it with? Is there a bulb that is perhaps more energy-efficient, yet still provides a warm light? Or is it best to simply replace it with the type of bulb that's in the socket?

Get an led replacement. Easy to change... just screw it in.

I agree with the LED option, but I bought the standard LED NOT the FLOOD LED, and ended up with MORE light then either the original lights o the flood version at lest than half the cost. bought these at Lowes for around $12 each, and they are dimmable. I have now replaced all of the old incandescent lights in the house with LEDs and a few CFLs I had left over when we moved.
Hope this helps. |
