I have read several threads where people have been dissatisfied with them but the threads were several years old. Has anyone travelled with them recently and were there any problems? Thank you.

Google and look at the complaints against them. Check with Seniors vs Crime to see how many unresolved complaints against them.

I used them in 2011 and would never do so again.

However, lots of people like them. Check them out before giving any money.
