Default Home Warranty Companies

I've recently moved to TV and am looking for a reputable Home Warranty Company. Can anyone recommend one and the cost of same?

When our children buy their homes we always give them a house warming gift of an American Home Shield Warranty. (AHS) They have all used the warranty and all have been 100% satisfied. One son had an HVAC problem and the unit was replaced. Another had a stove top problem that had to be replaced. They wanted stainless and the one being replaced was black, they paid $15.00 for the upgrade to stainless. Our daughter had so many plumbing issues. They made a list, had one service call, and everything was taken care of for them.

What we like about the warranty is the basic policy and the ease our kids had to get service. In addition, you can add items on at an additional cost. If you have a pool (they did not) that can be covered as an add on.

Our experience has been excellent with this company.

AHS has good reputation. During my 18 years as real Estate Broker, I bought (& recommended to buyers/sellers) policies from Old Republic.
Both had been around for a long time and keep a good rep buy providing good coverage and service.
Welcome aboard!
