Default Telemarketer to fix your Microsoft computer

I have received 2 call from this number ( 767-275-9065 ) today and answered the last one, don't tell him you have a Microsoft computer, its a scam.
He called to say microsoft computers are infected with a viris and wanted to fix mine and I told him no. I called microsoft and they told me its a SCAM

I noted in a previous post, another # for the same scanners is 212-789-4566. If your phone is with Comcast, you can go into your account online and block the number (I'm sure you can do so with other providers as well). After I blocked the 1st call, got a call from the same group with a PA area code. Blocked that number and no calls since. We were getting at least 10+ calls a day.

A scam indeed. I read from another forum that Microsoft never calls people about computer issues or software fixes. If the caller says otherwise, it's a bluff.

By the way, I looked up that phone number at Callercenter and I got a thread of complaints associating it not only to this fake Microsoft call but to several other types of scams as well. Looks like the scammer is one persistent caller.
