Anyone familiar with this guidebook?

I'm typically cynical of the value of any book if I can't glean through it a bit, so I'd prefer to hear some good feedback before I consider the $17 LOL

Years ago an uncle of mine wrote a book titled "Love Life of a Frog."

Its a good book for those considering to move to the Villages and want to know what they would be getting themselves into. All the information is not new but it is in 1 place. So I would say it is worth it as a good read and not going in blindly.
