Crisper's luncheon is held every third Friday of the month for TOTV members, to meet and greet.

No trick!!. Click on the calendar feature. It's always listed there.

Just come and meet people.

Jeez jealous much?? I heard the after party is at your house Doug. LOL It won't be long and you will be 'one of us' for a few months anyway while your lovely wife is still working. So sorry we are missing this month, but we will be in Ohio. Thanks for hosting Joe.

I may or may not show. These dog hairs on my clothes can be a problem when dining out. I got a frozen pizza for instance last night from Publix. By the time it was ready and all cut up, I noticed some white hairs on top of that piece. Well, that's not a pizza ingredient that I had wanted.

My wife and I returned at 3:00 and was a bit disappointed at the small turnout. Im not complaining, just confused why the attendance wasn't better. Hopefully this was just a glitch in the system and it will pick up again. The Crispers meetings are a wonderful idea that gives us the opportunity to mingle with fellow posters of TOTV. In attendance were Mr and Mrs Sky Guy (Joe and Eileen) and hosted by Jumpin' Joe 2bNTV. The weather was perfect and Joe 2BNTV came with some facts about The Villages. Though a small crowd, it was an enjoyable day for all. Sorry you guys missed it. Although I will be heading North for the summer, I will be thinking of you guys and of all the great Crispers meeting I will miss. The meetings with a standing room only crowd and not five people sitting at one table. Come on, friends. Lets step it up and put the third Friday of the month on your schedule. I'd like for someone to email me a picture of a capacity turnout you guys have next month.

What does "Crisper" mean?

Crispers is an eatery on 101 on the north side of 466. People from Talk of the Villages meet there on the third Friday of the month at 3:00. Meetings usually lasts about 90 minutes. Although it has at times lasted much longer. It is a chance to meet the posters in person. We have had turnouts of more than 20 people in the past This month for some reason, it was a small turnout. Not sure why. It was a beautiful day. If you haven't been to any meeting I suggest you give it a shot. Most people don't bite
