Default Car Servicing

Time to get oil change, air filter, etc. changed on my Toyota. Any recommendations for an honest mechanic besides a Toyota dealer? Won't use Tire Plus at Colony. They want your SS number. Thanks.

Accurso Auto Repair 352-748-9004... Jason Accurso is a hard working honest young man with very reasonable pricing. Everyone who I have recommended to use him has become a regular customer. Give him a try, you won't be dissapointed.

I get my oil changed at my dealer because I like the fact that they fill my tires with nitrogen. Oil, filter, 15 point inspection and nitrogen in tires for only 19.95 with cupon.

Before I bought my new car I went to a ASE certified mechanic on 301. I don't remember the name off hand but he's right around the corner when you take a left off of 466 going west. After you take a left you go a short distance and he is on the left. He even has a sign in his office stating that he's honest.

Before I went to him I went to Walmart but I switched over to him because, basically, his price was about the same.

Wildwood Tire, an advertiser here, is the best. Fast. Honest and reasonable prices on all auto services.

Here is a link to his website.
Auto Repair in The Villages | Auto Service Center | Accurso Automobile Repair | Oxford, FL
I am also looking for a good honest auto repair person.I am a snowbird and before my last trip up north I went to a local tire shop for an oil change.Had an $800 bill.I did not have time for a second estimate. They replace the water pump(I did see the residue of a small leak)flushed the cooling system, oil change, wiper blades and a new belt.I am not saying that the work did not need to be done but here in Pa my local shop would have charged $500.
I will now take my car to Accurso
