Default Model/Floor Plan Guru

I see references to various Models all of the time on TOTV. I need some help from the Floor Plan Guru's. While house hunting, we have seen 2 car garages with the 2 cars parked inside, and the golf cart parked behind the cars cross wise. (hope that makes sense) Can someone tell me which models are configured for this. Is this because of an extended garage (deeper in length) or an expanded garage (expanded in width)? We're having a harder time finding a 2 car with golf cart in our price range, than I thought. Thanks in advance for any help.

i'm only guessing but I would think the garages are extended front to back. The current floor plans are on thevillages.com - you need to select Models Gallery (or something like that). Lyle Gant (the realtor) has all the floor plans. Upon request, he will email you the link to all of the floor plans.

Hope this helps.

Most people I know agree that you cannot have too much garage space. It is your basement, storage room and craft area.

One of the things that veteran villagers frequently choose if in their budget is a two car garage with golfcart garage attached.

The floorplans of most of the homes from villas to premiers have the open concept and are basically very much the same except for square footage.

The privacy to the back can be expensive and is something to consider.

I have a small to medium SUV and it would not fit in my garage with a storage cabinet in front of it had I not extended the garage 2 feet. I am so glad I have the golf cart garage. It will certainly be a pain to move the cart every time you want to drive your car out of the garage. If you own two cars and need to keep both I would highly recommend a golf cart garage.

What you are seeing is an expanded garage. I have a Cypress model I use as a rental home that I will be selling at some point. The garage was expanded 6 feet in length and 2 feet in width. I could park my Tundra extended cab pickup, a car and two golf carts in that garage. The golf cart behind the car was straight in, the one behind the Tundra was sideways. Also had shelves and a work bench in it.
