Default Got a Vet?

We have a vet we are pleased with (for Meg and Bear) but its a dog specialist. My friends are looking for feline. Here is their request

Can someone recommend a good vet at a decent price? One who you feel good about taking your poor scared darlings to for treatment?
Thanks
Newbie

I really like Dr. Valdez, Park Heights Vet., Fruitland Park (on 441 right next to Neerly New Furniture). He was so caring and gentle to my cat when she had a tumor behind her eye. He also was willing to work within my budget. (And I'm still recommending him although we did have to put Gabby to sleep.)

We use Animal Care Center of Wildwood. Dr. Timothy Porter Phone 748-6348. He is very kind and reasonably priced, compared to veterinarians in The Villages proper.
