Call Egners @ (352) 728-8537. They are reliable and professional. I know many people who use them, including me.

One thing about Egners. I called them and made an appointment. They showed up on time and power-washed the house, doing a good job. After they were done, and I was paying them ($67 for a designer Begonia), they said next time, for a little extra $, they would hand-wash the gutters and soffits to get the watermarks completely off of them.

Had I known that before they did the job, I would have requested it. So if you call them, ask about that service.

'A Thorough Clean" 352 255 4395 ask for David. He does an excellent job and has done mine twice now. In fact he does most of the neighborhood. He just did my cottage home for $55 and was here for 2 hours and also without asking did my furniture on the lanai. It never looked better.

Egners is the best.$45 for a Patio Villa and $50 for the driveway, sidewalk and patio. They spray the house with a solution and then low pressure wash.Beware of high pressure.
