What deference would it make. New plans for 2015 are not ready. cart before the horse

Do you mean "difference?" Someone could still give an opinion about how the plan was working for them so far this year.

My friends have the Freedom Health Advantage plan. They seem to like it. Her eye drops are expensive as she can't take the generic ones but I just told them to go to SHINE in the fall to see which plan is the best for them.
