Under the Dome was supposed to be a 13 episode mini-series but with the popularity they decided to expand it to another season.

I watched it because of the 13 episode story. Unfortunately, I am now into season two.

Personally I think season two sucks so far. New people that suddenly are added to a place that is not accessible. New story lines. Come on!! Do they think we are stupid?

They should have wrapped it up in the 13 episode show.

My husband loves that show and it's a running joke in our house. All the weeks before it came back on as we were searching for something to watch he would ask, "Is it on yet?" The show I thought should have been a 2 hour movie was that hostage kill the president show. I don't even remember the name now. And you can bet we'll be watching Under the Dome now that it's back on- good, bad or stupid.

That makes three of us so far. But if they opt for a season three, I will rethink my decision.

I agree also. A little over the top when in the first
episode items were flying off walls etc. I hope it improves.

The book and the series seem very different. I could only watch maybe half the series' first season and then got bored with it. Maybe, I will try the Second Season.

I was that way with Honey Boo Boo....................but it only took 1/2 of the first episode.

We recently got ROKU for Fathers day. We hadn't heard of Under the Dome but started to watch season 1 and watched all episodes of season 1. I hope that season 2 will be interesting but I have a feeling it will get a little too far out.

It seems most of the new shows don't deliver what they promise.

I discontinued watching Under The Dome last year.

" " " The Last Ship.
" " " Leftovers
" " " Rizzoli & Isles

Black Sails was a real disappointment.
Crossbones is also a disappointment

I gave up after 2 episodes. Just too many plot holes.

I thought this was a new name for The Villages.
Similar to The Bubble & Off the Reservation.
Under the Dome has a catchy ring to it.
