I am taking a 4day trip to the panhandle area of Florida, any suggestions on places to stay or visit?

We rented an ocean-front house on St. George Island for a month in 2007. It was fabulous - dolphins swam by every day. Great beaches. And don't forget to visit Apalachicola if you like fresh oysters.
