Has anyone heard if a dog park will be built in Collier ?

Diane Ferguson, who heads the Responsible Dog Owners Group, is the one to thank for the new upcoming dog park.

No, it won't be in Collier but will be close. It's going to be very close to the new Publix in Brownwood and we're hoping construction will begin sometime around October.

The RDOG group meets every month at the Eisenhower Rec Center at 7:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday every month. We always have an interesting speaker. We encourage all interested parties to join our meetings. You don't even have to have a dog!
