I had a lot of computer issues after upgrading operating systems. I spent over a month getting the kinks worked out. Every time they would fix something....something else would go wrong. Each time I called in I got somebody new on the phone and even though they are supposed to make notes of what they did the tech would start from the beginning trying things that had already been tried 3 times before or they would say you must have a virus, which I did not. And some of the techs are hard to understand. After a lot of aggravation I finally found a tech that seemed like he knew what he was doing and you could understand him. I asked him for his email address so if had additional problems I could contact him rather than having to go back to square one with a different tech. He gave me his work email address and so he became sort of my own personal tech guy. It sure saved a lot of headaches from that point forward. He knew what he had tried before and how my computer had responded. Computer works great now. I thought maybe someone else might find this tip useful.
