Has anyone used Chad for their mowing, weeding, etc? We have to decide on whether to renew with Stellar or not. We have high maintenance land scaping with lots of Palm trees. We need a skilled, knowledgeable landscaper. Would like to hear about Chad.

I've been recommending Chad for about a year now. He's taken care of several problems for my clients, including chinch worms, more weeds than grass, severe dry spots; now working on some Army ants. He knows his stuff; his crew is reliable; he's a pleasure to work with (and, no, I don't get a dime for saying how good I think he is). Tell him Dee says hi. :-)

I'm sorry to have to say this, but we drooped Chad In favor of Stellar. We really like having one service that does everything. I timed Chad's one day and they were in my yard for 11 minutes. At $100 dollars a month for just cutting and trimming, that was over 25 dollars an hour! stellar does everything for under $90 a month. Push mower, trimming, cleanup, shrubs, fertilizer, pest control and irrigation system maintenance. Everything with Chad's was an extra charge.

I hired Chad to mow my new CYV which has a lot of grass since its a corner lot. He's an awfully nice guy, haven't met him yet, but he's done well by me. His staff seems to be efficient and thorough. We haven't started weeding yet because I use someone else for that job who also does my trimming. Hard to find really good reliable service but my 2 guys are. Mowing, weeding and trimming all being taken care of very nicely.

Thank You to those that responded, but it doesn't sound like Chad has much of a customer base. Not comfortable with the idea of things always being an extra charge. No glowing reports of good total landscape work. We have to rethink this.
