I am thinking of purchasing a 2015 Yamaha golf car and was wondering if anyone has purchased one, also would like to know what you think about the new drum brakes.

The 2015's haven't come out yet according to our salesman. We r waiting for the new A/C electric ones. Supposedly they are coming out in Aug/Sept

If you are referring to the "EnduraDrive™ Transaxle with Internal Disc Brake Technology", they have been using this system for awhile.
I haven't any problems. I have had to panic stop, left a good patch of rubber Be sure your passenger is wearing a seat belt.
