Upon returning from a trip out of the country last week we had to of course go thru US Customs and Border. Usually no big deal but this time the Visitors line had 12 agents processing visitors and the US Citizens line had 1 agent. But while standing there watching the visitors processed briskly you could read the huge signs advertising the Global Entry you can purchase so you no longer have to stand in line. We paid our $100 application fee this week and go for our interview later this month. Once you get your Known Traveler Number it is suppose to work for pre-check at TSA also as long as you put it on your flight reservation.
