Default Survey pop-ups on TOTV?

The last two days I've been getting "thevillages.com" popup promising money for taking a 30 second survey, and TOTV is painfully acting slow. Anyone else getting this?

We haven't had any other reports of this. We suggest making sure you have an updated anti virus, run and clear your cookies and cache. Email us screen shots if it continues.

What he said. If you haven't run a virus scan and a disc cleanup recently, now would be a good time. Then, repeat every couple of days.

Just know that we do not deliver any pop up ads so if you see one then you should definitely consider making sure you have the latest version of your anti-virus and make sure you use a reputable one as they are not all created equal.

We are experiencing those pop ups as well... opening a new tab. VERY frustrating!! And only while on TOV!! Not any other web sites.

This sounds like someone has very cleverly figured out a way to have a pop-up read the site you are currently on and act like it is a valid offer. I would be very careful and avoid all contact, in other words, DO NOT CLICK ON ANY LINKS, and as mentioned previously, make sure your antivirus software is up to date. I have received warnings from Norton 360 when using the TOTV site, so it appears there may be some concerns.

I am sure the admin can provide some additional information.

Just me thoughts.
