I am currently in physical therapy in Michigan. I'll be coming down shortly so my PT gave me a recommendation to call this rehab place. 352-753-6999. They have two offices, one in Spanish Springs and LSL. Hope this helps.

Thanks ...would you happen to know the name of the place so I could check it with the insurance?

No I do not. My list has names of hand therapist. My Michigan therapist told me to make sure to only see a certified therapist. After the name there should be a C meaning certified. I believe she said the ones with out certification were in training.

Call there Tuesday to check about your insurance. You will need a prescription to see a therapist.

Does anyone have the name of a therapist they can highly recommend?
Thanks in advance.

Bare I highly recommend Lake Center For Rehab in LSL. 910 Old Camp Road. 352-259-6750. They also have an office in Spanish Springs. You will need a prescription.

When I arrived in TV my hand was paralyzed. After 6 weeks of therapy I now have full range of motion, and strength back. The therapist are wonderful and patient. Patricia Brant worked with me, along with Amanda Toombs.

Default Physical therapy

I go to Tri County Orthopedic Center, and three times a week go right next door for PT. They have a very caring, knowledgeable staff, and are located at The Summit of Lady Lake,at 466 and Rolling Acres Road. I think they are wonderful.

I agree!!! Have had two knee replacements and one rotator cuff repair. Got to know Tanya, Judy, Bill, and Baja pretty well. They are good at what they do and the collegial atmosphere there made therapy "fun"... Or as much fun as it could be.

I am a self-pay patient. I'm looking for something similar to the treatment I was getting in Canada with a physiotherapist which involved laser, acupuncture, adjustments, not just exercises. Do the physical therapists in Florida use other modalities as well exercises?
