Default Swimming pool maintenance?

I had the tile replaced in my fiberglass swimming pool less that two years ago. I have a pool service come once a week.

My question is, what to expect from the pool service? The pool has green fuzz in it, a nasty water line, and the grout has green mold on it.

If you own a pool, do you have any problems with it? I do live on the golf course and the fertilizer can blow into the pool, and cause problems.

We have T&D, and when algae showed up this summer they got right on it, coming every couple of days until it was gone. We could not be happier with their service.

based on what you say you have in your pool I would say if you have a service you should get rid of them...no quarter given.

If you do not have one, then run for the phone. I too recommend T&D. We have had them for 10 years and never once ANYTHING unwanted in our pool and surroundings.

Two words they do not want to hear...
