Hello all.
Closing hopefully 1st week in Oct. Bought in Polo Ridge. Love the area, and the people we have met are just wonderful.
As we will not be full time residents for at least 18 months, looking for info on landscaping, lawn mowing, pest control ect. Thanks for any advice.

We too are out of state until next year and just bought a new home in June. We went with Dean's as they do it all. Very easy to work with. Coming down next week so we'll see how they did. Our yard was a mess when we bought the house so they have a job on their hands. I'll let you know how they did soon.

One thing I found helpful was to look through the Home Improvement directory. Many of the advertisers have reviews, etc. on the ads, and that helps!
